NYPD: Officer dragged by car in Flatbush

An NYPD officer is recovering from shoulder injuries after investigators say he was dragged by a car Sunday in Flatbush.
According to police, the officer approached a car near Bedford and Snyder avenues with his gun drawn after someone told them the person in the vehicle pointed a gun at them.
The driver sped off with the officer's arm in the window, which caused a shot to be fired. No one was hit by gunfire.
The NYPD says no one has been arrested. The suspected car on the loose was described as a black Hyundai sedan.
