The NYPD is asking for help to identify a person involved in an attempted rape in Central Park.
The incident happened on Monday, June 24 at around 1:36 p.m.
Police say they responded to a 911 call about an attempted sexual assault near 104th Street and West Drive in Central Park.
A 21-year-old woman reported that someone tried to attack her, but the suspect ran away.
The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made yet. Police have released a sketch of the suspect they’re looking for.
