A 45-year-old woman was fatally struck by a car late Friday night in Boerum Hill, according to police.

Authorities say a black Cadillac SUV briefly stopped in the middle of Flatbush Avenue and State Street.

The passenger stepped out and was then hit by a 29-year-old man driving a gray Chevy Malibu.

The woman was hospitalized and pronounced dead.

Police say both drivers remained at the scene. No arrests have been made.
