NYPD: Woman robbed at Union Street station, 3 suspects spend $800 on stolen card
Police are searching for three people in connection to a grand larceny inside a subway station in Park Slope.
Police say the victim’s credit cards and driver’s license were stolen, and the suspects racked up nearly $800 on her credit cards at a nearby 7-Eleven.
The NYPD says it wants to speak with three people seen on surveillance video.
Police tell News 12 it happened two weeks ago on Tuesday, March 12 around 9:45 p.m.
They say a 25-year-old woman said she was getting off a southbound R train at Union Street and 4th Avenue when she felt a bump to her left pocket. Moments later, she realized her wallet was missing.
Police say her credit card was used at a nearby 7-Eleven on Fifth Avenue by the people in the video.
Investigators say the two men and the woman appear to all be between 25 and 35 years old.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
