NYPD: Woman shot in head on Myrtle Avenue dies from injuries
Investigators say 26-year-old Imani Sharpless was shot shortly after noon on Saturday.

Police say a Brooklyn woman shot in the head on Myrtle Avenue over the weekend has died.
Investigators say 26-year-old Imani Sharpless was shot shortly after noon on Saturday.
She was taken NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County where she died from her injuries on Thursday.
A 35-year-old man was also shot in the right knee.
So far, police have made no arrests but described the suspect as a man 5 feet, 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black jeans and a red hat.
Police ask anyone with any information to give them a call.
