Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City has launched in-person property management courses.

The experience is designed to help users gain the skills to manage buildings in the city.

The course is in response to ongoing citywide housing challenges and costs $150.

The classes run in at St. Francis College in Downtown Brooklyn Mondays and Wednesdays through March 18, and are available to residents, aspiring professionals and small property owners.
