An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested early this morning in a domestic dispute.

Police sources tell News 12 that Rasheed Jefferson, 45, grabbed another person by the neck and choked them in Greenpoint.

Jefferson is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing as well as harassment in the second degree.
