Officers in tactical gear surround apartment building in Bushwick

Officers surrounded a building in Bushwick after a man who claimed he was armed and barricaded inside an apartment called the 83rd precinct, according to police.
The NYPD says its Technical Assistance Response Unit was called to 54 Noll St. at around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday. According to police, officers did not locate the caller and they now say the call was unfounded.
Citizen app footage captured officers in tactical gear as a helicopter circled above.
Police say they also received a report of shots fired at the Noll Street building, which they say was also unfounded.
No one was injured.
