Officials say a two-alarm fire broke out at a laundromat in Crown Heights Saturday, forcing those inside to evacuate.
The FDNY says the fire broke out near Schenectady Avenue and Union Street around 1:20 p.m., and quickly spreading to the second floor.
Residents who lived in the building say their apartments filled with smoke. No injuries were reported.
Multiple residents say that this is the third fire at the laundromat this year alone. News 12 reached out to the FDNY for confirmation.
The Red Cross is helping those who have been displaced.
