11h agoTwo firefighters were injured while battling a fire in East Flatbush Saturday, officials say.
The incident happened at around 12 p.m. at 949 Albany Ave.
Twelve units and a total of 60 firefighters responded.
The fire was under control by 12:37 p.m.
Both firefighters were transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County.
One suffered minor injuries and the other's injuries were serious but non-life threatening.
