Firefighters responded to an early morning fire at a synagogue in Brooklyn that has injured five people.
According to officials, the fire started just after 6 a.m. and has since been put out. Three people were rescued from the third floor of the Stovnitz Synagogue on 60th Street off of 20th Avenue.
In total, five people have been injured with two in critical condition.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
