The NYPD is seeking assistance to identify a woman who they believe was involved in a violent assault on a Brooklyn subway.
The alleged incident took place on Oct. 13 just before 9 a.m. on a southbound G train, officials say.
The suspect allegedly beat a 26-year-old woman on the train and tried to choke the victim, who was reportedly chased as she tried to walk away.
Police say the victim was then repeatedly punched and kicked in the face and back by the suspect. The 26-year-old was taken to Woodhull Hospital where she was treated and released.
