Officials say a person was glanced by a train near East New York.

Police tell News 12 the victim had their foot stuck in the platform as a northbound L train approached around 1 p.m.. The train grazed the individual.

Published reports say the victim was a boy as young as nine years old, but police have yet to confirm that.

The person who was hit was taken to Kings County Hospital with minor injuries.
