The wildfire that began this week in the Hemlock Ridge area of Plattekill has been 95% contained, according to officials.
Firefighters from over 50 departments battled
the blaze for three days. Two were injured but are expected to be OK.
Officials say smoke conditions have also significantly improved.
Authorities are monitoring mountain roads.
There are currently no evacuation orders for residents in Plattekill or Marlboro.
