Ossining deli owner convicted of sexually abusing employee

The Westchester District Attorney's Office says 54-year-old Patrick Patierno, of Yorktown, was found guilty after a two-week trial.

An Ossining deli owner has been convicted of sexually abusing an employee last year.
The Westchester District Attorney's Office says 54-year-old Patrick Patierno, of Yorktown, was found guilty after a two-week trial.
Authorities say he had entered the home of the employee in January 2021.He then restrained the victim and forcibly subjected her to sexual contact.
Patierno will be sentenced in June.
He faces a maximum of seven years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender.
