Dozens of students from Pathways in Technology Early College High School in Bedford-Stuyvesant are celebrating earning both their high school diplomas and associate's degrees.
Brianna Blagrove, 18, is among the 31 students graduating with a diploma and a degree, squeezing in six years of education into four. A pre-commencement celebration was held Monday at Restoration Plaza.
P-TECH partners with the New York City College of Technology to provide the dual-qualification program in applied sciences with a focus on computer science.
Because P-TECH is a public school, tuition is free.
