Pelham Pkwy. construction forces cancellation of 9/11 race
Organizers say Pelham Parkway construction has forced them to cancel an annual 9/11 memorial race. The Lieutenant Thomas Clesse 5-K Run has been held every year by the 49th precinct for more than a decade.
