In video obtained by News 12 it appears a young man got clipped by the car and get back up.

A young man was hit by a car on Webster Avenue in Tremont.
The FDNY tells News 12 the incident happened around 7:19 a.m. at 2032 Webster Ave. between East 179th and East 180th streets.
In video obtained by News 12, you see what appears to be a young man with a backpack get clipped by the car and get back up.
The person struck was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital.
The NYPD is working on additional information but the car remained at the location.
