The National Weather Service has slightly increased the risk for severe weather, but most of that looks like it will stay to the west, possibly just brushing Nassau County. So, if you’re planning to enjoy some early September outdoor activities, the forecast looks pretty favorable. Stay tuned to News12 for the latest updates and timing as we head into the weekend!
