A 10-year-old boy was fatally shot in Queens Saturday, police say.

Police say they responded to a 911 call around 9:30 p.m. to a home in Rockaway where they found the victim, Justin Wallace, unresponsive with a gunshot to his torso.

He was taken to St. Johns Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A man in his 20s was also inside the apartment and suffered an injury to his shoulder.

He was taken to Jamaica Hospital.
