Police: 12 people injured, 1 critical in Brooklyn apartment fire

The FDNY responded to a fire on the fourth floor of a building at around 9:50 a.m. at 315 Sutter Ave., according to officials.

The FDNY responded to a fire on the fourth floor of a building at around 9:50 a.m. at 315 Sutter Ave., according to officials.
Authorities say 12 residents of the building have been transported to a hospital with one having life-threatening injuries.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire at 10:21 a.m.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
