They say the teen got into an argument with an 18-year-old girl at the Sutter Avenue train station in Brownsville.
Authorities say the 14-year-old girl pulled out a Taser while the 18-year-old pulled out a knife and stabbed her.
They say the 18-year-old girl ran out of station with a group of about ten people.
The 14-year-old girl was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is expected to recover.
