Police say a 17-year-old man is facing charges in the shooting that resulted in the death of a 28-year-old man on Sept. 4. 

Authorities tell News 12 that a 28-year-old man, identified as Dennis Neal, and a 35-year-old man were shot on Tillotson Avenue.

Police say Neal was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene. 

They say the 35-year-old victim was shot in the torso and taken to the hospital.

Police say the 17-year-old, not identified, is facing murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges.
