A man and a woman were arrested Sunday night in an assault on a police officer.

2ds agoA man and a woman were arrested Sunday night in an assault on a police officer.
Police were in Stonebridge to assist with bar closings.
Officers observed 25-year-old Dinsdale Brown attempting to re-enter a bar after being thrown out, police say.
Brown fought with officers and resisted arrest, according to police.
They say 24-year-old Taylor Healey jumped on an officer’s back during the incident. She took out an officer’s handcuffs as well, according to detectives.
Both people were arrested.
The officers sustained minor injuries.
