Police say two people stole a 71-year-old man's wallet at a Brighton Beach supermarket earlier this month.

The NYPD says the victim was shopping inside the Big Bazaar market when two people approached him and stole his wallet. The thieves got away with $500 and the victim's ID and bank cards.

Surveillance video shows the man and woman police believe are responsible walking throughout the supermarket at one point with the victim's personal belongings on Jan. 11, the day of the crime.

The victims are still on the loose.
