An investigation is underway after police say a man was found dead inside his Bed-Stuy apartment.
News 12 is told officers found 29-year-old Theodore Smith unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the head around 7:30 p.m. Monday.
It happened at the Sumner Houses.
No arrests have been made.
