Bridgeport police on Saturday arrested three men on charges of possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Officials say the incident happened when they observed a car parked in front of a fire hydrant at the intersection of Washington Avenue near Center Street.
They say Christopher Cintron, the driver, did not have a valid registration or proof of auto insurance.
Authorities say the officers asked the three occupants to step out of the car and discovered one of the passengers, Torrance McClain, had a concealed weapon without a permit.
Officers discovered cocaine, marijuana and packing material during a search of the car, according to authorities.
The third passenger, Jaqwan Brooks, was also arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
