The scene played out on the intersection of Pacific Street and Carlton Avenue late Wednesday night.
Police say they discovered the woman’s body in the middle of the road at about 10:20 p.m.
According to police, EMS workers pronounced her dead at the scene.
There is no word on any arrests at this hour.The investigation remains ongoing.
