Police say a 54-year-old man was fatally struck by an SUV while walking along the Belt Parkway.
According to police, the incident happened overnight near Exit 11, the Flatbush Avenue exit.
Police say the driver of a gray Lexus SUV hit the 54-year-old man and stayed on the scene.
The man was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injurie.
Police say the 24-year-old driver in this incident has not been arrested.
