Police are investigating two shootings on Broadway in Bushwick.
Alexis Watts, 25, is charged with assault in the second and third degree and criminal possession of a weapon – after police say she slashed a 55-year-old man in his hand inside a Bushwick restaurant Tuesday night.
The incident on Broadway was just the second call to the police in less than two hours.
Around 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, police said they responded to a 38-year-old man stabbed three times in his back, and once more in his stomach. Surveillance video shows the victim and the suspect arguing on the sidewalk just a few moments before it happened. The victim remains in critical condition– as police continue to investigate.
Both of these incidents were just across the street from one another.
