Police say a 55-year-old man was slashed on the hand inside a business at 920 Broadway in Bushwick Tuesday night.

According to police, a 25-year-old woman attacked the man as he intervened in an argument.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Police say the woman was taken into custody but has not been charged yet.
