Surveillance videos captured the moments where a 7-year-old was grazed by a bullet near Surf Avenue and West 30th Street.
The suspect, Jaden Baskerville, is facing a slew of charges including attempted murder and assault, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and a firearm.
Officials say the 7-year-old victim is expected to be OK.
