Police say they discovered animal remains in a Bed-Stuy dumpster on Throop Avenue Tuesday morning.
The manager of a plumbing supply company near the scene says someone dropped goat and chicken carcasses that were wrapped in black garbage bags in the dumpster. He says he called 311 after noticing an awful smell coming from the dumpster in the morning.
The medical examiner was at the scene trying to determine exactly what the remains were. Police are investigating how they got there.
