Police say they have made an arrest in the shocking attack on a 12-year-old boy in Flatbush.

Police say they arrested 28-year-old Jamal McIlwain in connection to the Nov. 17 incident, where police say he assaulted the boy with a crutch on the corner of Saint Paul's Place and Saint Paul's Court.

McIlwain faces several charges including assault and menacing.
