Kids across the five boroughs got a chance to be showstoppers Wednesday at the annual Police Athletic League's Showstoppers competition.

The event lets kids across the city compete in both song and dance.

"We have 500 kids from all over the city showcasing their talent, the pride in their borough, and the pride in themselves," said PAL executive director Carlos Velazquez.

The event was held at The Theater at City Tech in Downtown Brooklyn.
