Police have confirmed that a man murdered after the West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn yesterday is from The Bronx. Authorities say 26-year-old Nifredo Veras, of 140th Street, was fatally stabbed on St. John's Place near the parade route along Eastern Parkway.
