Police say they are looking for three suspects wanted for attacking a mother and her baby in their University Avenue apartment back on July 25.Investigators say the suspects got into the apartment building through a basement door and broke into the woman's apartment. One of the men demanded that the woman put her baby down and when she refused, the suspect grabbed the baby and threw the child to the floor, police say. The mother of the 10-month-old baby was tied up and money and jewelry were stolen. The infant suffered a bruised eye, according to authorities. The suspects are described as Hispanic men between the ages of 25 and 30. The first suspect was said to be wearing a blue T-shirt, black boots and a Yankees cap. A second suspect was wearing a reflective road work vest. Police are asking anyone with information to please call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
