A state trooper who stopped to help a disabled car in Westchester County Sunday night wound up arresting a Bronx man for wire fraud, according to police.
Authorities say Darrin Foster was wanted for allegedly stealing $1 million from his former employer, an investment firm in Connecticut.
Foster also had a suspended driver's license for failing to pay child support.
