Police have launched a murder investigation after a 47-year-old was found dead in her Brownsville apartment.
The woman was found DOA by police responding to the call of an unconscious woman at the Langston Hughes Houses on Sutter Avenue.
Neighbors describe the woman as a nice person who wouldn't hurt a fly.
