Police identify victim in Brownsville deadly shooting

Police say a suspect is wanted in connected to a deadly shooting in Brownsville.
According to authorities, the shooting took place Wednesday afternoon just after noon. Officers responded to a 911 call on East 94th Street and discovered a 45-year-old man identified as Tikya Francis with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Investigators say he was taken to a hospital where he later died.
At this hour, there are no arrests.
