Police have identified the victim in a deadly shooting Sunday night on Avenue U in Brooklyn.

The NYPD says Jorge Salvador, 29, was found with a gunshot wound to his torso around 8:30 p.m.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Police say at this hour there have been no arrests. It's unclear what led to the shooting.
