A cyclist was fatally struck by a van Friday morning in East New York, police say.

A cyclist was fatally struck by a van Friday morning in East New York, police say.
They say the incident happened at Linden Boulevard and Crescent Street.
Police say Hector Ayala, 41, was riding his bike when a van hit him.
He was rushed to the hospital but didn't survive.
The driver stayed on the scene.
There are no arrests at this time.
