4ds agoA Long Beach man was arraigned Thursday on murder and hit-and-run charges for two separate crimes.
Police say Shaun Teemer was in the doorway of his East Broadway apartment building in March when he fatally shot his Uber driver Humberto Manuel Francis-Hernandez in the head.
The 37-year-old was also arraigned for hitting and seriously injuring a 74-year-old woman with his car and driving away.
Teemer is due back in court next month for both incidents.
