The NYPD says it has arrested a man in a fatal August shooting in Bed-Stuy.

Investigators arrested Thomas Nimmons, 26, and charged him in the shooting of Dawuand Darrien, 29, that took place inside a building in the Vernon Houses.

There is no word yet on when Nimmons will appear in court.
