Police say they have arrested a man who they say groped a woman at the Botanical Gardens subway stop Wednesday.
Officials say 39-year-old Stuart Cato grabbed a 24-year-old woman's backside after he made obscene gestures toward her on the S train.
Cato is charged with forcible touching, harassment and sexual abuse.
