White Plains police say they arrested Carl Delgado in Fishkill for attempting to sell stolen Con Ed equipment.
Police say last month, Con Ed alerted them that someone was trying to sell over $36,000 worth of equipment.
White Plains police launched an undercover investigation, identifying themselves as a potential buyer.
All of the equipment was recovered, and now Delgado faces charges for possession of stolen property.
