Police are attempting to track down a man they say tried luring a 12-year-old girl into his vehicle in Bushwick.

The incident occurred Saturday near Willoughby and Saint Nicholas avenues.

According to authorities, the girl was walking down the street when the person in question pulled up and asked her to get closer. When she did so, they say he offered her $50 to get in.

At that point, police say the girl ran away, unharmed. Though the driver also got away from the scene, the vehicle was caught on camera.

Police say the vehicle they are looking for is a 2014 gray Kia Sedona. The suspect is thought to be in his 20s.

Anyone who may recognize the vehicle in those images is asked to call police.
