Police: Man inappropriately touched teen girl
Police say a 50-year-old man inappropriately touched a 15-year-old girl.
They say the incident happened on the southbound B train back on Sept. 29.
Police say a man sat next to the victim and began to rub her knee.
The suspect is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds.
