Man charged in early morning arson spree across Brooklyn
20h agoPolice are searching for a man they say opened fire at another man in Downtown Brooklyn Thursday.
The shooting happened in front of 5 Metro Tech Center around noon.
Police say the suspect opened fire and hit the 27-year-old victim in the rear end and took off.
The victim is expected to recover.
