A man was shot in the face after an attempted robbery in Bedford-Stuyvesant, authorities say.
Authorities responded to 353 Halsey St. at around 1:30 a.m.
The victim's father told News 12 his 25-year-old son was sitting on the stoop when a suspect attempted to rob him.
He was shot in the cheek and rushed to Woodhull Hospital where authorities say he is in stable condition.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
