Police say a man is clinging to his life after he was attacked at a Flatbush subway station.
Authorities scoured the Newkirk Avenue station after they say a 32-year-old man was stabbed in the neck shortly after midnight Tuesday morning. Straphangers say they aren't surprised by the incident, and say the subway station is in dire need of more security.
"We have a lot of seniors that use this station and they feel scared down there," says Otis Walls, who uses the Newkirk Avenue station.
Police say an investigation into the stabbing is ongoing.
